THE ARC training CAGE:
The ARC Training Center is an advanced technological training soccer facility with a patent-pending system that repetitively serves soccer balls to players where they can perfect their technical skills.
Over 500 square feet of turf is contained by 10-foot high black chain link fence. Inside, players receive ball after ball, executing sets of technical skills before playing the ball into one of fourteen numbered gates. Here, there is never a ball to chase.
Music pumps. Players sweat. Soccer gets better with every ball sent. Come train at The ARC Training Center today - you’ll never be the same player again.

Individual Training:
No more chasing balls or retrieving them out of a goal. The most effective technical training system is here.
The ARC Training Centers fully automated (patent pending) system repeatedly delivers soccer balls with near 100% accuracy. Numbered and colored gates help players focus on accuracy and proper technical execution. The high efficiency of The ARC Device improves skills four to five times faster than traditional field sessions.
Certified ARC Cage Trainers walk players through the technical elements of each skill set. Trainers help players increase their speed of play after they become cleaner and more consistent over the ball. As players become more and more skilled, trainers increase both the speed of the ball and the complexities of the skill sets, always providing players with opportunities to improve and be challenged.
Offered sessions include:
Age 11 and Up ARC Single Session: Standard 60 minutes session for players age 11 and up.
Age 8-10 ARC Single Session: Standard 60 minute session for players 8-10 years old.
All Aerials Age 11 and Up: Full 60 minute ARC session of aerial balls at shin, mid thigh and chest heights to work on trapping skills for players age 11 and up.

Group and TEAM TRAINING:
Book a group or an entire team. up to 18 players can rotate through the ARC, the floor and in the pit, doing foot skills, core and strength work.

Up to 8 players can train in a group training. Training sessions are 1 hour and include 1 Certified ARC Trainer.
