The ARC

Provides a controlled environment for players to train first touch, decision making, passing abilities and proper technique through repetition.

Shooting/finishing zones

New cages include a variety of new technology to provide trackable training for players.

Soccer Tennis

Proprioception training

Proprioception: the sense that allows us to perceive the location, movement, and action of parts of the body.

This is important in soccer to improve on joint stability and injury prevention Through Virtual Reality we will give kids opportunity to improve on these.

Resistance Strength training

Resistance training will improve players balance, strength, endurance. This will translate to being stronger and faster for longer on the field.
